Creating a Compassionate and Vegetarian Global Village

Earthsave Canada organizes Western Canada’s largest event focused on vegetarian food & lifestyle. The two-day festival, titled “Taste of Health”, took place on September 30 and October 1, Golden Year 3 (2006) at the Croatian Cultural Center, in Vancouver, BC.

This year’s Taste of Health achieved the highest attendance levels ever reported by Earthsave. “There seems to be a growing interest in meatless alternatives. It was Master’s true love and greatness that made it possible for us to participate in Taste of Health for the first time. We found the atmosphere, the setting, and the structure of this event particularly well suited to our local Alternative Living campaign efforts. Also, we were very happy to see so many people having a very positive attitude towards the compassionate lifestyle.
