In the winter of Golden Year 3 (2006), the Korean initiates strived to warm up the bodies and hearts of the less fortunate. Fellow practitioners from Gwangju, Andong, Daejeon, Daegu and Busan delivered 2,000 vegetarian care packages, along with Master's love, to those who had no home to help keep them more comfortable in the winter. Receiving the much needed clothes and other essential items, the recipients were overjoyed and grateful. A manager of one of the shelters even called us “the messengers from God.” An exquisite vegetarian Christmas meal was also served at the House of Joseph in Andong, where the initiates will continue to serve a meal once a month.
