A child asked his mother, “Mommy, where do babies come from?” And the Mom said, “The stork, dear, the stork!” The child then said, “Mommy, who keeps bad people from robbing our house?” His Mommy answered, “The police! The police!” So the child said, “Mommy, if our house was on fire, who would save us?” And Mommy said, “The Fire Department!” The child then asked, “Mommy, where does our food come from?” His Mommy said, “Farmers, my dear, farmers!” Finally the child said, “Mommy?” And the Mom said, “Wh-what now?” And the child said, “Then what do we need Daddy for?”
