Caring for the Homeless in Wintry December

In December 2011, as temperatures in Hong Kong fell drastically,
our local fellow initiates quickly purchased warm clothing, and
on December 10 distributed the items to the homeless, mainly in
the area of Shamshuipo. While distributing the clothing the initiates
found that the recipients were greatly in need of food. So within
days they again visited their homeless friends in Shamshuipo,
this time providing fresh fruit, candy, biscuits and vegan burgers,
along with Master’s sample booklets and News magazines.
Through these caring actions, the initiates sincerely wish that
the underprivileged of Hong Kong felt the warmth of God’s
love.
