[Taipei] 5. oktobra, Zlato leto 4 (2007) so učenci iz Taipei obiskali center za brezdomce "Wanhua Community Service Center" "Taipei Social Affairs Bureau".

On October 5, Golden Year 4 (2007), fellow initiates from Taipei went to the Wanhua Community Service Center of the Taipei Social Affairs Bureau, bringing with them four big buckets, or 450kg, of shampoo and bathgel, 200 new tracksuits and 300 shaving razors for their street friends, so they could take a comfortable bath and change into new clothes. In addition to that, dozens of News magazines and sample booklets were left for them to enjoy. Miss Zhong Pei-zhen, Supervisor of the Wanhua Community Service Center, social worker Mr. Zhang Xian-zhong and street friend Mr. Cai warmly accepted the gifts.

While waiting to take a bath, many of them couldn’t wait to browse through the News magazines. They also took the time to express their feelings of gratitude towards The Supreme Master Ching Hai International Association. The various items that the Association often contributes, such as casual shoes, tracksuits, warm coats, daily necessities and food, have also brought them great encouragement and support.

Supervisor Miss Zhong and social worker Mr. Zhang were very thankful to Supreme Master Ching Hai for inspiring these activities of love and concern for the street people. They were also grateful to the Association members for their constant selfless contribution that has helped many of the less fortunate to start anew and embark on the springtime of their lives.
