Members of the Supreme Master Ching Hai International Association from the Formosa Center were among those who helped landslide victims of Ginsaugon, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte. Director Manuel Morato of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) with whom the Center made the coordination said that the Center members and their local counterpart personally distributed relief goods to the landslide victims. Morato said the relief goods included rice, sugar, salt, milk and other household needs. Supreme Master Ching Hai and Her group had also helped Filipino victims of calamities and disasters like the eruption of Mount Pinatubo, the earthquake in Baguio City, Dagupan City and Nueva Ecija, as well as other floods and droughts.
