The Golden Lotus

In early spring 1991, while on Her lecture tour in the United States, Supreme Master Ching Hai responded to the Most Venerable Thich Man Giac's gracious invitation and visited an Aulacese temple in Los Angeles. The two spiritual teachers, both also being poets, spoke about the beauty of Dharma practice and poetry. To share the legacy of Venerable Thich Man Giac's beautiful poetry, we invite you to listen to the recital of his verses from “Free White Clouds” through the melodious voice of Supreme Master Ching Hai, who also recited two of Her own poems, “Golden Lotus” and “Sayonara,” dedicated to the Most Venerable Thich Man Giac. Each poetry recital in this DVD is infused with a uniquely Aulacese resonance accompanied by spectacular landscapes of Au Lac. Thus, the nature and music together weave exquisite masterpieces of highly memorable artistry.
