In
practicing the Quan Yin meditation method, I could clearly detect
all the trouble spots in my body. One night, I felt sick to my
stomach, and had some difficulty with my chest, as if something
was clogging it. Though it was not serious, I felt very uncomfortable.
When I did
the Quan Yin the next morning, I suddenly heard a dozen cracking
sounds coming from my chest, just like the sounds from a cannon.
I felt very funny at that time. But later, as I thought about
it, I remembered that I had not felt well the night before; and
the vibrations from doing the Quan Yin, manifested in the form
of the cracking sounds, had unblocked my chest and soothed my
breathing. I felt very relieved then.
This is a
side benefit of doing the Quan Yin. I deeply realize that it's
not easy to describe in words what I have gone through while practicing
the Quan Yin Method. This reminds me of what Lao -Tze said, "Any
practice which can be written in words is not the Tao."
Master gives
us such a marvelous method of practice. I shall cherish this blessed
reward, and will diligently practice to repay Her for Her grace.
