[Kentucky] 8. septembra, Zlato leto 4 (2007), so učenci Mojstrice iz centra v Kentucky ob pomoči ostalih učencev, se udeležili praznovanja Lexington Roots in Heritage.

[Illinois] 3. september, Zlato leto 4 (2007), so se učenci Mojstrice iz Illinoisa, udeležili letne parade “Naperville Labor Day Parade".

[San Francisco] Lokalni center se je udeležil praznovanja osmega svetovnega dneva vegetarijanstva, ki ga je sponzorirala vegetarijanska skupnost, dne 29. septembra, Zlato leto 4 (2007), v mestnem parku Golden Gate.

[Hawaii] On Saturday, September 22, Golden Year 4 (2007), the Hawaii Center initiates participated in the Ho’olaulea Fair at Windward Community College on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. The one-day event drew a crowd of about 25,000 people.

They set up a booth and successfully promoted Master’s books, Supreme Master Television, as well as the Alternative Living Vegetarian Lifestyle. Their uniform and the Alternative Living T-Shirt, received several positive comments from the visitors. Thus the fellow initiates took the chance to introduce to them the Celestial Shop website. Egg-free fortune cookies and some vegetarian lunch plates were offered to the public. Many people loved the food that they made and were interested in changing their diet. “The Alternative Living Recipes for Life” booklet was very popular and some guests even took several copies to share with their friends and family. A person, after reading passages on vegetarianism in the sample booklet and our News magazines, said, “I wish that someone would write more of these things.”

Hawaii Center fellow initiates sincerely thank Master for all Her blessing in making the event run so smoothly, especially since it was the first time for a lot of them to participate in such an activity. It is truly God’s grace to become more involved in sharing Master’s love and teachings.

[Kentucky] On September 8, Golden Year 4 (2007), with the help of the initiates from other states, the Kentucky Center participated in the Lexington Roots and Heritage Festival to promote Supreme Master Television and to share the Alternative Living message with the public. The festival was the 19th local annual celebration of the African American Culture.

The day was sunny and bright. Many people walked on the streets, so Association members took the opportunity to hand out Supreme Master Television flyers and Alternative Living flyers and bags. With all the “thank you’s” and big smiles, it was easy to discern that the message was well received. Some people came to our booth with great interest in Master’s teachings and asked for a sample booklet. A lady recognized Master’s picture and said, “I know Her! I watched Her on TV and I like Her very much.” It was good to get some positive feedback from running Master’s lecture videos on the local cable network for the past four years. She was glad to receive a sample booklet and discussed with us the Quan Yin Method of meditation. Another person, who was already a Convenient Method practitioner and a long-time vegetarian, was very happy to see us and talked more about spirituality. Some children liked Master’s pictures so much that they stopped at the booth again to ask for more flyers to take home to share with their friends.

It was a great experience to participate in this fair and have the privilege to share Master’s loving teachings with our “neighbors.” Thank You Master for giving us this wonderful time. Together God’s peaceful messages can reach other longing souls in the world.

[Illinois] Naperville is a suburban town in the Chicago area and was the only place in Illinois, USA to make Money magazine’s 2006 “Best Places to Live” list. On Monday, September 3, Golden Year 4 (2007), initiates from the Illinois Center took part in the “Naperville Labor Day Parade,” held annually for more than 20 years. The entire community participates and more than 300,000 patrons visit.

We joined in the procession along with more than 100 other groups and distributed the Alternative Living and Supreme Master Television flyers. People who were watching the celebration were very receptive to the positive information distributed. Within an hour, approximately 6,000 flyers were handed out. Two initiates wore lovely animal costumes despite the sweltering heat. We became aware of Master’s presence and love as the children ran into the parade procession to hug the animals, especially the “piggy.” We decided that for the following year’s parade we would distribute fortune cookies to spread Master’s teachings, and perhaps candy too.

After the event, initiates had lunch together and the level of love and joy from doing Master’s work filled our hearts as we filled our stomachs. We look forward to the next year and opportunities in between.

[San Francisco] The local Center participated in the 8th World Vegetarian Day celebrations sponsored by the San Francisco Vegetarian Society on September 29, Golden Year 4 (2007) at the city’s Golden Gate Park. Our brother and sister initiates set up an information booth and passed out sample booklets, Veggie Recipe booklets and 1,000 Alternative Living bags, promoting Supreme Master Television and Alternative Living. Many attendees were happy to receive these items as free gifts.

Numerous people also stopped by to enjoy Supreme Master Television programs during the festival. Due to Master’s grace, our booth was located at the front entrance where it would not be missed. A Supreme Master Television poster placed right by the entrance attracted much attention. Children were fascinated by Master’s most recent book The Dogs in My Life.

In interviews with Supreme Master Television, some vegan exhibitors were happy to share what they had done to promote the vegetarian way of life. Coincidentally a vegan vendor said that he had been watching the “Animal World” program on this positive television channel.

Thank You Master for giving us a chance to share with others the noble way of living through Your teachings.
